The printing and installation of the posters/graphics for the back wall of the exhibit booth are included in the EXPO fee. Exhibitors will be required to provide a file document in the format specified (PSD or AI, see specs below). To have a clean, consistent look, we would like all exhibitors to incorporate their graphics into their booth background, rather than have multiple, stand-alone pop-up units. Overall, this will reduce exhibitors’ shipping costs to the hotel and allow for easy access to conference visitors and attendees.

Each booth includes one (1) long table and two (2) chairs per the specifications as well as three (3) spotlights and the graphics on the back wall.
Any additional items (power strip/electricity, a shelf, a display box , storage cupboard, monitor or other A/V) must be ordered separately.
Logo Specifications
Preferred file format: Vector graphic in EPS or AI format with any fonts converted to outline
Alternate file formats: PDF (fonts must be embedded if not converted to outline prior to Distilling); TIF; JPG.
Raster images must meet the following specifications:
• A minimum resolution of 300 dpi
• A minimum width of 3” (216pt)
Logos should be submitted in CMYK color mode. Spot colors will be converted to their CMYK and/or grayscale equivalents for print media and RGB equivalents for electronic media.
