We have reached maximum capacity for the Technical Session ballroom. Rather than close Full Conference registration and turn anyone away, we have opened a secondary ballroom where we will live-stream the Technical Sessions for Full Conference registrations received after our October 13 (JST) early registration deadline.
Full Conference registrations made after October 13 (JST) will have a color-coded badge that identifies you to be directed to the secondary ballroom for live-streaming technical sessions.

Online Conference Registration for all attendee categories will remain open until our deadline of October 31, 2025 (JST). Late registrations will be available at the On-Site Registration desk beginning at 7:30 on November 20.

University Professor/Student Registration ($135) includes:
ALL benefits of Full Conference registration. Register with your school email address and bring your student/school ID with you.
One Day Registration – Thursday OR Friday ($150 USD) includes:
- Entry to the Technical Sessions, EXPO, and Tech Showcases on day of registration
- Either Thursday EXPO Reception OR Friday Indoor/Outdoor Festival
- Lunch in EXPO Hall on day of registration
- AM/PM refreshment breaks on day of registration

EXPO Only Registration ($200 USD) includes:
- Entry to the EXPO and Tech Showcases (NOT Technical Sessions)
