Follow the instructions below to book a room at the Sheraton Hsinchu Hotel and receive the SWTest Asia group rate. We look forward to seeing you in October!
Go to the Sheraton Hsinchu hotel website: https://www.sheraton-hsinchu.com/
To change the language to English, if it’s not already, click the menu (three bars) at the top right, and select ENG. (see images below)
Click “Book Now” at the top right hand corner of the home page.
Select the booking dates you’ll be staying at the Sheraton Hsinchu Hotel from the calendar that appears.
Click “Book” when you’re finished.
Select “Change Rates” and type in the “Set Number” #552725 to get the SWTest Asia group rate, and select update.
You can only have four options selected.
Choose “SWTest Asia” rate, which provides for free cancellations. All other rates include cancellation fees.
Select the room and bed options you prefer for your stay with the Sheraton Hsinchu Hotel.
Once you’re ready, select the purple “Book Now” button showing the rates you’re selecting.
If you are more than two people to the room, you have to manually make that change. It says 1 room: 1 adult; 0 children per room / (change). You have to click on that (change) if you are two or more people.
Login now if you’re a SPG member or select the “Continue as Guest” option if you would like to create an account while you complete your reservation.
Fill in the information requested and continue to complete your reservation.

Step 3 – Select Dates

Select “Change Rates” and type in the “Set Number” #552725 to get the SWTest Asia group rate, and select update.

Step 5 – Select Room Options
Select the room and bed options you prefer for your stay with the Sheraton Hsinchu Hotel.
Once you’re ready, select the purple “Book Now” button showing the rates you’re selecting.
Step 6 – Sign in or Continue as Guest
Login now if you’re a SPG member or select the “Continue as Guest” option if you would like to create an account while you complete your reservation.
Step 7 – Complete Reservation
Fill in the information requested and continue to complete your reservation.
